Fort Lauderdale Airport To Celebrity Cruise Port:

The Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) is under 2 miles from the Celebrity cruise port. However, the distance is not walkable. Taxis, vans, and shuttle services are available from the airport to the cruise port. Taxi services are available at approximately $12 for the under-10 minute ride to the airport.

It’s ideal for cruise passengers to arrive at least a day early and check in to one of the many hotels to avoid last-minute delays and complications.

Celebrity Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port Parking:

Celebrity cruise port at Fort Lauderdale has two parking garages for cruise guests that can accommodate nearly 4000 vehicles as well as several surface lots, including oversized vehicles and RVs, within walking distance to the terminals. 

So, if you are planning to drive down, you can park your vehicle for the duration of your cruise. The parking fees are approximately $15 (cars) to $19 (over-sized vehicles) per day.

Embarkation and Debarkation at the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port Terminal

The Fort Lauderdale Port Everglades Cruise Port Terminal’s embarkation and disembarkation procedures are made to be as quick and easy as feasible.

You will have to check in at the terminal and show your passport and cruise documents. In order to allow for check-in, Celebrity Cruises advises arriving at the terminal at least two hours before your departure time.

After checking in, you’ll be told to proceed to the security checkpoint, where your belongings will be examined and you’ll undergo a security check.

You’ll move on to the boarding area after passing the security checkpoint and wait there until your party is summoned to board the ship.

You will follow the same procedure in reverse when you go back to the terminal after your voyage. Before you can get your luggage and depart the terminal, you must disembark the ship and pass through immigration and customs. Celebrity Cruises advises giving the embarkation process at least 90 minutes.
